Booking, cancellation & rescheduling policies
Please read these before paying your deposit. Paying the deposit means you agree to them.

Booking & deposit
- A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment. No appointment is confirmed without a deposit.
- Your deposit is applied to your final total.
- Package prices are starting prices. Final pricing depends on vehicle size and condition, and we may ask for photos before giving a quote.
- If the vehicle's condition is very different from what was described (heavy pet hair, mold, sand, biohazards), we'll quote the extra cost before starting the work.
Rescheduling
- Reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment and your deposit moves to the new date.
- Each deposit covers one reschedule. After that, a new deposit is required.
- A reschedule requested less than 24 hours ahead counts as a late cancellation.
Cancellations & no-shows
- Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel, no matter when.
- If we can't reach you or get to the vehicle within 15 minutes of arriving, the appointment counts as a no-show and the deposit is forfeited.
- Booking again after a no-show requires a new deposit.
Weather & our cancellations
- If rain, snow or extreme temperatures make it unsafe to work, we'll reschedule you at no cost, and your deposit carries over in full.
- If Black Label has to cancel for any other reason, you choose: a full refund of your deposit or a new date.
On the day
- Have the vehicle somewhere we're allowed to work, such as a driveway or a lot where you have permission.
- Please remove valuables and personal items. We aren't responsible for items left in the vehicle.
- Tell us when you book if water or power won't be available at the location.
Payment & satisfaction
- The remaining balance is due when the job is finished.
- We'll do a walk-around with you before we leave. If something was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we'll make it right.
- We note existing damage before we start and aren't responsible for pre-existing damage or wear.
